WHY WE ARE IN IRAQ

I have been thinking about the best way to present this article for quite some time because our two Presidential candidates differ considerably in their statements about what we should be doing about terrorism.

We already know what President Bush would do (and is doing) about it. The problem is that John Kerry has stated he would not use our military forces to attack terrorist forces and locations in other nations until he had United Nations approval to do so.

The problem with that course of action is that it would be re-active, not pro-active. That is, UN approval would only be given after an act of terrorism had been committed. They certainly would not give permission for our military to go into another nation before we had been attacked.

So, just as a reminder, here are some pictures that the major media decided were too disturbing for you to see and have not published (if at all) since about 2-3 days after 9/11.

THIS IS WHY WE ARE IN IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN

If you think that it is okay to do nothing until something like this happens again then Kerry may be your man.

However, if you think that the best course of action is to try to stop it before it happens again then Kerry is definately NOT your man.

It's just that simple.
