This one continues to amaze me because of many liberals continuing assurtions that the U.S. was not justified in attacking Iraq because Iraq did not have any weapons of mass destruction.
Huh?
Well, let's see now, Germany said Iraq had them... France said Iraq had them... England said Iraq had them... Israel said Iraq had them... Bill Clinton said Iraq had them... hell, even Saddam Hussein said he had them. The question is not whether or not Iraq had any weapons of mass destruction. There isn't any question of that. He used them against Iran in the Iran/Iraq war and he used them against his own people, the Kurds in Northern Iraq. Even so, many liberals still claim Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction. Sheeesh!
The discussion should not be on whether or not Iraq had WMDs, that's a given, it should be on where are they now (place your bets on Syria).
